I volunteer as a feature writer with Red Cross DFW. I’m also being trained as a digital volunteer, using Radian6. My first feature covered the social media strategy of the Red Cross, and the Digital Operations Center.

During my AmeriCorps VISTA service for Cornerstone Assistance Network, I was part of the website development team. I compiled website content, edited the site for accuracy and assisted hired consultants with the development of the site.

While serving as an AmeriCorps VISTA for Cornerstone Assistance Network, I established and managed a Facebook page as a way to keep volunteers, donors and new fans of the ministry up-to-date on a daily basis.
